1. Purpose of the service

Movalytics is a physical assessment platform aimed at coaches and physiotherapists, allowing them to record, store and analyze the results of physical and orthopedic tests for their clients or patients.

2. Professional use

The tests available on the platform must be performed and interpreted by qualified professionals. Movalytics does not replace clinical judgment or medical/physiotherapy diagnosis.

3. User accounts

The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.

4. Third-party data and data protection

If you record data about your athletes or patients, including health data, you act as the data controller of that data and Movalytics as the processor. You undertake to have obtained the necessary authorizations or consents, especially for minors, where the consent of their parents or legal guardians is required. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter. See the details in our Privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, software and materials available on Movalytics are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

6. Limitation of liability

Movalytics does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data calculated, nor is it responsible for the use made of the information generated by the platform. Use of the tool is the sole responsibility of the professional using it.
